How much are sessions?
The initial consultation chat is totally free of charge and gives you a chance to get a feel for how we might work together and if you feel I would be a good fit for you. Have you tried counselling before and felt like it wasn't for you? I believe that the relationship between the client and counsellor is key to the success of therapy, so speak with a few counsellors to find one that's right for you.
There's no obligation to proceed at all, and I won't be offended if you don't think I am what you are looking for... put yourself first and go with your gut!
If you do decide to work with me, sessions are £45 for 50 minutes (known as a therapeutic hour), and fees are due at least 24 hours in advance, payable by bank transfer.
I offer blocks of 5 sessions for £200, reducing the cost to £40 per session.
Sessions are usually offered on a weekly basis, but we can discus frequency during the initial consultation if you would rather something else.
